Stories Between Worlds is an intimate solo performance by Ugandan musician Chinobay, featuring traditional East African instruments including the Adungu (Ugandan harp), Kalimba, and Endongo as well as those from other parts of Africa such as the Kora, Tama (talking drum) and balafon.
Through music, storytelling, and cultural context, Chinobay takes audiences on a journey between villages and cities; Africa and the rest of the world. His performances weave original compositions with traditional songs, as well as sharing stories and the history behind the instruments themselves.
Chinobay's inner circle is an online community designed to give you a more indepth relationship to him and his music. Think of it like an all inclusive backstage pass. It compiles travel stories, video diaries, workshops, and lessons to give his biggest supporters a larger understanding of what he does. You will get access to show listings early, exclusive video content, and musical demonstrations as well as once a month opportunity to get on call with the artist and ask questions!
